To reiterate a statement I made at the beginning of the semester: This class [ World History I ]will not make you an expert. <\/b>However, I hope that in the last six weeks your intellectual curiosity and your personal perspectives have broadened to view the world with a little more interest. In spite of the fast pace of the course and the brevity of our time together, you were exposed to concepts of which most people in the U.S. and the world are ignorant. Thus you now stand among the less than 0.0001% (one percent of one percent) <\/b>of the world\u2019s population to know some of the information discussed in this course.
